Immigrants who voted in Ohio could face fines if they don’t show up for election

In Ohio, there are some voters who can’t come to the polls because of their health issues or the election has been called off.

But it could get even worse.

The Ohio Secretary of State’s office has said it will issue fines of up to $10,000 to anyone who can show up to the state’s polling sites and vote, and there are also concerns that voters might get turned away if they’re late.
